Let me introduce myself, I’m Lydia Hanna, a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and mat Pilates instructor. My passion lies in helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered, both physically and mentally. Through my classes and events, my goal is to build a community of women who lift each other up, celebrate progress, and move with purpose. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to elevate your fitness journey, you belong here. I believe that fitness should feel good, it’s not about perfection, it’s about connection, growth, and showing up for yourself every single day.

My Certifications

Over the years, I’ve come to realize that fitness isn’t just about how we look,  it’s about how we feel. It’s about showing up for ourselves, building healthy habits, and learning to love and care for our bodies from the inside out.

That’s why I do what I do!

With my background in personal training, I help women build strength in a way that feels sustainable and safe. As a certified nutritionist, I believe in food freedom,  no extreme diets or cutting out your favourite meals. Just real, nourishing guidance that supports your goals and your lifestyle. And with mat Pilates, I focus on mindful movement that builds core strength, posture, and flexibility while helping you reconnect with your body.

No judgment. No pressure. Just real support and real results, one day, one step, one breath at a time.
