Why You’re Always Hungry (Even When You’re Eating Enough)

If you feel like you’re always hungry, it’s usually not because you’re eating too little, it’s because of what you’re eating.

Meals that are high in carbs but low in protein and healthy fats don’t keep you full for long. For example, eating just toast or cereal in the morning might leave you hungry an hour later. To fix this, build your meals so they actually keep you satisfied. Add protein and fats, like eggs with avocado, or greek yogurt with some nuts. These slow down digestion and keep you full longer. Also, make sure you’re drinking enough water. Sometimes hunger is just dehydration.

Small changes like this can make a big difference in how you feel throughout the day.
